By accessing or using CreatorAssets.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

CreatorAssets.ai provides AI-powered design generation tools, including logo creation, social media graphics, and brand asset management. The Service uses third-party AI models to generate visual content based on your prompts and inputs.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Free accounts receive a limited number of monthly generations. Paid subscriptions ("Pro") offer increased generation limits, higher-quality exports, and additional features as described on our pricing page.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Generation Packs are one-time purchases that add to your generation balance. Pack credits do not expire and are non-refundable.

You retain full ownership and commercial rights to all content you generate using the Service. You may use generated designs for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, without attribution.

You grant CreatorAssets.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs (prompts, brand profiles, uploaded images) solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your inputs or generated content to train AI models.

The CreatorAssets brand, logo, and website content remain the property of CreatorAssets.ai and may not be used without permission.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms. Automated access, scraping, or bulk generation beyond normal use is prohibited without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that generated content will meet your specific requirements or be free from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorAssets.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the dashboard settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you qualify for small claims court.
